This User Agreement ("Agreement") is made by and between Cherthis.com, ("Cherthis.com") and you ("you" or "your"). This Agreement contains the terms and conditions that govern your use of this Web Site.

4.1 Cherthis.com offers a 30-day money back guarantee on all Apparel. If you would like to return or exchange an item, please email us at Cherthis.com in put a text request, and we will send you instructions on how to send the item(s) back. Shipping charges are not refundable.
4.2 Cherthis.com offers a 30-day money back guarantee on gift items in the Gifts and more saction of the site and some collectable pieces, but not on any art work or Jewelry. All sales/sells are final once shipped out. Exchanges can be made on Books, some Collectable pieces and Apparel only within 30-days.
5. Miscellaneous. This Agreement will be binding upon each party hereto and its successors and permitted assigns, and governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan without reference to conflict of law principles. Any action or proceeding to enforce this Agreement will be brought in the federal or state courts located in Wayne County, Michigan. This Agreement will not be assignable or transferable by you without the prior written consent of Cherthis.com. This Agreement (including all of the agreements, rules and policies described in Section 11, which are hereby incorporated herein by this reference) contains the entire understanding of the parties regarding its subject matter, and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements and understandings between the parties regarding its subject matter. No failure or delay by a party in exercising any right, power or privilege under this Agreement will operate as a waiver thereof, nor will any single or partial exercise of any right, power or privilege preclude any other or further exercise thereof or the exercise of any other right, power, or privilege under this Agreement. You and Cherthis.com are independent contractors, and no agency, partnership, joint venture, employee-employer relationship is intended or created by this Agreement. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of this Agreement will not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision of this Agreement, all of which will remain in full force and effect.

5.1 Cherthis.com and CherFields.com (CherFields P & S) are very strong about our copyright and privacy rules and will take legal action against anyone, person, company and all others that brick these rules, copy from Cherthis.com and CherFields.com websites with out written permission from the website owner.
